Welcome to tee time rentals! By booking our mobile mini golf rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Agreement

By reserving a mobile mini golf course, you enter into a rental agreement with Tee time rentals ("we," "us," or "our"). The agreement begins on the booking date and continues through the agreed-upon rental period.

2. What's Included

Each standard rental includes:

• A 9-hole portable mini golf course

• Putters (kid and adult sizes)

• Golf balls

• Scorecards and pencils

• Setup and takedown of the course

​

Additional services (e.g., staffing, extended hours) may incur extra charges and must be agreed upon in advance. delivery fees may apply for certain venues (rooftops, stairs, etc.)

3. Payment & Deposits

• A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

• We accept payments via [credit card, apple pay, google pay, paypal].

​

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of event start time are non-refundable.

5. Weather Policy

• Our courses can be set up indoors or outdoors.

• In case of inclement weather, we recommend having an indoor backup location. Rescheduling due to weather is allowed at no extra charge, based on availability.

• Once setup has begun, no refunds will be issued due to weather.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the event space is accessible and cleared 1 HOUR before our arrival.

• Provide a safe, flat surface for course setup.

• Supervise players, especially children, during the event.

• The renter is responsible for any damage to equipment due to misuse or negligence.

7. Liability

tee Time Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the use of the mini golf equipment. All players participate at their own risk.

8. Equipment Care

Please treat the equipment with care. Missing or severely damaged items may result in additional charges.

​

9. Photos & Marketing

We may take photos of events for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or have your event featured, please let us know in advance.
