Refund Policy

At tee time rentals, we understand that plans can change. We do our best to be flexible while also ensuring fair scheduling and preparation for every event. Please review our refund policy below.

  1. Deposits & Payments

  • A 100% deposit is required to secure your booking date.

  • Full payment is required before services are rendered.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of event start time are non-refundable. 

 

3. Weather & Rescheduling​

  • In case of inclement weather, Rescheduling is allowed at no extra charge, based on availability.

  • Once setup has begun, no refunds will be issued due to weather.​

 

4. No-Show Policy

  • TEE TIME GOLF RENTALS REQUIRES ACCESS TO EVENT SPACE 1 HOUR BEFORE SCHEDULED START TIME.

  • If we arrive to set up, and the event is canceled, or no one is available on-site, no refunds will be issued.

 

5. Equipment Issues

  • If there’s a problem with any equipment during your rental, please notify us immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
